Details

This all-inclusive safari is priced for two guests who will be accompanied by accomplished photographer and tour leader Peter Heistein and our expert head-guide Alex.

We will begin by spending two days exploring the Ngorongoro Conservation Area where off-road driving is permitted. The NCA is in the southeastern part of the Serengeti and includes both woodland and plains habitat. It holds a very high diversity and density of wildlife, offering exceptional photographic opportunities.

We will concentrate on the Central Serengeti region, in both the long and short-grass plains; exploring the many remote kopjes (rock outcroppings) looking for big cats on the huge granite stones, and also the woodland drainages looking for leopards in the trees. In between, we'll be treated to encounters with an incredible diversity of wildlife - including the famous Great Migration.
